General Terms and Conditions of CloudFlow

Article 1 - Definitions

  • CloudFlow: Established in the Netherlands, KvK (Chamber of Commerce): 83966641.
  • Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with CloudFlow.

Article 2 - Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from CloudFlow and to every agreement concluded between the company and the customer.

Article 3 - The Offer and Prices

All prices on the webshop are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website (such as iDEAL, Bancontact or Credit Card) during the checkout process.

Article 5 - Delivery and Execution

CloudFlow will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer. If a delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 6 - Warranty and Conformity

We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after discovery via support@getcloudflow.nl
